CDS (Combined Defence Services)

Armed forces offer very exciting career to young men and women in several fields. Career in the forces, in addition as a career, is also an adventure in itself. To ensure that appropriate candidates are chosen, a comprehensive selection process is adopted by the armed forces through Service Selection Board (SSB) interview. This system of selection is based on the "trait theory" of leadership which assumes that every leader must have some specific and pre-determined leadership traits. It also presumes that such traits can be acquired by a candidate with the passage of time meaning thereby that a person once rejected in an SSB interview is likely to succeed if he acquires some of the traits with the passage of time. Keeping all this in view concerning the bright prospects of the students; PROUDSHALA started coaching the students, imparting them with relevent knowledge by the incumbent faculties.

The standards of quality followed by PROUDSHALA ensure that each student who opts for coaching with us, feels convinced and gets well prepared for exam. Not only we cover the entire syllabus subject by subject as per UPSC, but also train our students with the help of mock tests. What to talk about the student friendly facilities available at PROUDSHALA, previous year question papers with a analytical study are also solved and practiced practically every week with the point of view of clearing any doubts, making all the standards clear to students solely to monitor each applicant's progress. Always the performance of individual student is discussed in class so that the ractification of errors could be done in time. After giving a serious thought to the successful progress of students, PROUDSHALA has developed an Interview cell also so that the students can crack the interviews with confidence.
